Sometimes all you need is new furniture, but you’re stuck with where or how to begin. If you’ve just completed a new build or renovation, or your space is simply ready for a refresh, our furniture only service is for you!

So what does Furniture & space planning actually involve?

Similar to our Full Service offering, after our In-Home Consultation meeting where we’ve chosen the spaces to be transformed, we create a Design Fee Proposal and Scope of Work document detailing our collaboration specifics. Once these terms are accepted, we will conduct a “Concept Ideation” exercise to target style, form, aesthetic, mood, color direction, and a new space plan of the room(s) to be transformed.

We then create a fully curated design/furniture plan with carefully selected fabrics and finishes to be presented for your approval. Our experienced and discriminating “designer eye” allows us to select, source and procure the perfect pieces to create your beautiful room, saving you time, effort, frustration, confusion and stress!

Our furniture only service also includes managing all aspects of ordering, tracking, shipping and receiving and delivery. We handle the “hassle”, so you don’t have to all the way to your best day ever…INSTALL DAY! You don’t have to lift a finger!
